CAREL has developed iJP, a controller specifically designed for professional blast chillers, to simplify the management of rapid chilling and rapid freezing applications.
Its clear graphical interface enables users to quickly select and start cycles, while customised presets make frequently used processes immediately accessible. Bluetooth connectivity and the Controlla app allow chefs and operators to start and monitor cycles from their smartphones, manage presets and view or export HACCP reports.
The solution is complemented by Applica for service and configuration activities and RED Control for remote monitoring of machine performance and operating status.
Available in different sizes and formats, iJP gives manufacturers the flexibility to choose the controller that best fits their blast chillers, simplifying integration and enhancing operator usability.
