Persuasive business communication in multicultural contexts

When working in a multicultural environment, we need to acknowledge differences in reasoning styles to achieve our objectives and improve the climate in the company, promoting understanding and respect.

A notable difference exists among cultures that prioritise “application first”, such as Americans, Canadians, Australians, and the British, and some European countries that emphasise “principle first”. Conversely, the Asian perspective is profoundly holistic, interconnecting every element in relation to all others.
